the product arrived well packaged,
The battery lasts about 2 hours but has an internal timer that triggers automatic shutdown after 15 minutes.
so every 15 minutes you need to turn it back on and set it as you want.
It doesn't heat up much, just a very slight warming that's barely noticeable.
