How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in 10–15 business days. Holidays and customs checks can sometimes add a few extra days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to see where your package is.
What if my order hasn't arrived after 15 business days?

Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 15 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at infos.twinklestore@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions on how and where to send it. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please check your order when it arrives and email us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

Sizing
Do your shirts run true to size?
Our tees and tops run small. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual size. Each shirt page has a size chart to help.
